The Paxton Charities Accounting software package has been developed after many years involvement with fund accounting with The British Army and The Royal Marines. The charity software package has evolved to meet the specific balanced multi-fund and SORP 2005 reporting requirements of the charity, church and voluntary organisation sectors, including a Statement Of Financial Activities (SOFA) report. It handles receipts/payments and accruals accounts for VAT or non-VAT registered charities.
Paxton Charities Accounting includes donation management and Gift Aid management with a comprehensive audit trail. It combines ease of use with clear input and enquiry facilities and extensive, powerful reporting. The package includes an integrated HELP module, incorporating live operational tutorials.
